Agility and Speed Training with Coach Tee-REVISED TIMES!

Announcing GFLA's new Agility and Speed Training with the renowned Coach Tee!

This is such a valuable training for both health and success that we encourage all players to register and participate.

We are very, very lucky to have Coach Tee (former Jacksonville Jaguar!) doing the training to get the kids in shape for the season through his award-winning style (getting kids to push their limits and improve, while at the same time, keeping a positive atmosphere the kids love!)

Areas of Importance:

1) Speed - in this sport, this is an essential part of the game (all kids love to speed past their opponent! :) )

2) Agility - so important for dodges and defense

3) Injury Prevention - as important as any other elements, with proper training like this, they will develop more supporting muscle and strength to keep them safe this season.

REVISED: Four Age Groups to customize training - in order to allow Coach Tee to customize the training that's most appropriate, and due to popular demand, we will be splitting the training into four groups, based on age.  Training will also be co-ed, which often makes extra fun for relays and making sure they work their hardest!

Boys 8U and Girls K/2 will be in the first group, Boys 10U and Girls 3/4 will be in the next group, Boys 12U and Girls 5/6 will be the next group and Boys 14U and Girls 7/8 will be in the last group.

It will be 4 sessions (below) and only $25 for the whole program, so a great deal for all the benefits they will get for sure.  Your player does not have to be at all of them, but of course, we highly recommend they do if at all possible!

Location: Nike 4

Training Day 1 - Sat, Feb 22

Training Day 2 - Sat, Feb 29

Training Day 3 - Sat, Mar 7

Training Day 4 - Sat, Mar 14

Time (same for all training days):

2-3pm - Boys 8U; Girls K-2nd grade

3-4pm - Boys 10U; Girls 3-4th grade

4-5pm - Boys 12U; Girls 5-6th grade

5-6pm - Boys 14U ; Girls 7-8th grade

**Although sessions are co-ed by age group, registration is by gender due to age group/grade group differences.
